Cancellations

We want you to be compley happy with your purchase. If you wish to cancel an order, please note the following information.

Cancellation before shipping

You can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it, provided processing has not yet started. Please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@annejanekaren.com
and include your order number.

Once processing has started or the goods have been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, your statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days remains unaffected.

Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel an order, for example in cases of obvious pricing or description errors, unavailable goods, or justified suspicion of fraudulent activity. In such cases, we will inform you immediay and fully refund any payments made.
