Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days of receipt. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code so you can follow your order’s journey.

Delivery Time

- Once your order has been processed, you can expect delivery within 8–12 working days.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as high demand with courier services or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping at Anne Jane Karen is free for all orders. We want your shopping experience to be as smooth and affordable as possible.

Tracking

We send all orders with NZ Post. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with the NZ Post tracking code. You can track your order anytime on our “Track Shipment” page. If you have any issues tracking your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Order Cancellation

After payment confirmation, your order automatically moves into logistical processing, so cancellation or changes are no longer possible. We recommend checking all details carefully before completing your purchase.

Orders in Transit

As long as an order is within the planned delivery time and in transit, no return or refund requests can be made. Thank you for your understanding.

Size Exchange

If you’re unsure between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size. If you wish to exchange, please follow the standard returns procedure.
