Can I return my order?

Yes, you can. If you’re not happy with the items you ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receipt.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
1. The order includes all necessary parts and components, and the packaging is in exactly the same condition as when received.
2. The item has been used normally, excluding damage caused by improper handling.
3. Hygiene items must be carefully cleaned before starting the return process.
4. Any defect in the item was reported immediay after receipt.
5. We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
6. Returns will be processed within 14 working days and, if conditions are met, officially accepted within this period.

*We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged for reasons beyond our control.

How do I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to start the return process.

Please ensure the email includes:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the item
- Customer’s full name
We will contact you to provide the return address and explain the next steps.

Never send a return item back to the sender; we will provide the correct address once you request it. As the customer, you are responsible for all shipping costs for returning the item.

The consumer has the right to cancel the contract under the following conditions if they are a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession:

A. Cancellation policy – Right of withdrawal

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party nominated by you (not the carrier) takes possession of the last item. Since we operate a fully automated system, orders are processed immediay after placement. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process before delivery, so refunds after receipt of the item are not possible. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Anne Jane Karen) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g., by email). The cancellation is effective once we receive the item. The buyer bears the cost of return shipping.

Registration of dispatched shipments.

As our products are shipped from Asia, delivery times may be longer, which is beyond our control. If items have already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until you receive the items and then send them back to us. Of course, you can notify us of your cancellation in advance.
To ensure a prompt refund, please send us the shipping confirmation.

Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs (except for additional costs arising from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your cancellation notice and the items. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; no fees will be charged for this refund.

We are not liable for errors made by the customer at the time of purchase, such as incorrect addresses or contact details. We are also not liable for failed deliveries if the recipient is not available at the given address or does not respond to contact attempts by the carrier.

** All returned items will be sent back to our central warehouse in Asia after payment.
